Program Description

Roadrunner Redi-Mix operates an internal SMS text messaging program that allows employees to send text messages directly to the Human Resources (HR) department. Messages are used to facilitate HR-related communications, including general inquiries, benefits questions, policy questions, scheduling, and other employee support matters. This program is intended solely for internal employee-to-HR communications.


Message and Data Rates

Message and Data Rates May Apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received through this program. Roadrunner Redi-Mix is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on employee-initiated contact. You will receive replies only in response to messages you send to the HR department. There is no fixed or recurring message schedule — messages are transactional and conversational in nature.


How to Opt Out

To opt out of receiving SMS messages from Roadrunner Redi-Mix's HR department at any time, reply

STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting

out, you will no longer receive SMS replies from the HR department via this number.


To re-subscribe, reply START to the HR number.
